These Terms govern your use of Cipher, the AI-powered website generation and deployment service operated by NxtLayer IT.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cipher — AI Website Builder ("Cipher," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NxtLayer IT, a business based in Phoenix, Arizona.

2. Description of Service

Cipher is an AI-powered website generation tool that creates professional websites based on user-provided business information. Cipher is powered by the Autobots Engine™, a proprietary AI system developed by NxtLayer IT.

The Service provides:

AI-generated website previews based on business name and industry

Professional website deployment services

Ongoing hosting and maintenance options

3. Free Preview and Paid Services

**3.1 Free Preview

Cipher offers a free website preview with no account or payment required. The preview is a sample only and is watermarked.

**3.2 Paid Deployment

To publish your website to a live domain, payment is required. Fees for website builds, hosting, and maintenance are non-refundable once work has commenced.

**3.3 Hosting

Monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel hosting with 30 days notice.

4. User Content and Business Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use any content, logos, or materials you submit

Your business and operations comply with all applicable laws

You will not use the Service to create websites for illegal or deceptive businesses

5. Intellectual Property

Cipher, the Autobots Engine™, and all associated branding, code, and methodologies are the exclusive property of NxtLayer IT.

Upon full payment of applicable fees, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated website for your business. You may not reverse engineer or reproduce the Cipher platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Cipher to create websites for:

Illegal products or services

Fraudulent or deceptive businesses

Adult content or gambling (without prior written approval)

Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." NXTLAYER IT MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE FITNESS OF AI-GENERATED WEBSITES FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
